Celebrating Student Success at Incarnation House
Fitting in and finding your niche in high school can be difficult, and often the situations and home life of teens can make it even harder to feel accepted. When it comes to confidence and a positive self-image, the students that attend Incarnation House generally face a few more obstacles than the average teen in Dallas.
When students come to Incarnation House they quickly discover that this place is, above all else, a family. We are a family where differences are celebrated, individuals are loved for who they are, and students are accepted for their individual strengths and personalities. As students become more involved with Incarnation House, we begin to see a change. Almost before our eyes, the youth grow into incredible young adults. Because of the love and acceptance shown to students from the staff, peers, and volunteers at Incarnation House, our students begin to embrace the beauty of who they are and unleash their potential to the world.
This year we are proud to have 10 graduating seniors who are following their dreams and unleashing their potential. Three of our students have enlisted in the military, six will be pursuing further education and training, and one will continue working hard in the job force to support their family’s needs. We are incredibly proud of all that these students accomplished in high school and we look forward to continuing that support as they enter the next phase of their lives.
If you would like to support our graduating seniors you can donate different items that will help them on their journey. A sign-up list can be found at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409084dadad22a5f94-anna1.
Thank you for your support and love of the Incarnation House students!
